Privacy Policy

Agent Software Store collects only the information necessary to process your order: name, shipping address, email, and payment details (handled directly by Stripe; we never see or store your card number). We do not sell your data.

Who we share data with

Order and browsing data is shared only with the services needed to run the store:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Printful — order fulfillment; receives your name and shipping address to print and ship your order.
• Resend — sends your order confirmation and shipping emails.
• Sentry — error monitoring, so we can catch and fix bugs. It may capture the page you were on and technical details about your browser, not your payment information.

Cookies and local storage

We use browser local storage to keep your cart and theme preference working across page loads, and Stripe sets its own cookies during checkout for fraud prevention. None of this is used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

Your rights (EU/EEA/UK customers)

You can request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of your personal data by emailingsupport@agentsoftware.dev. Deletion requests may be limited by fulfillment, payment, and tax records we're required to keep.
